Clinical questionnaires are part of everyday life in many practices – yet sending them out, collecting them and scoring them on paper costs time and is prone to error. The HBImed Questionnaire App maps this entire workflow digitally: from inviting the patient to the finished, scored result. It was developed by the GTSG (Brain and Trauma Foundation Grison/Switzerland) and is made available for practices and clinics through HBImed.
From invitation to result – one seamless workflow
Patients receive a personal link and complete the questionnaire conveniently online – on any device and in their own language. Scoring and evaluation then run automatically. The results are available in a structured form and can be exported to Excel or the Report Generator. This removes manual transcription and counting, and the practice receives reliable results that are ready to use immediately.
More than 70 clinical questionnaires – especially strong for ADHD and autism
The catalogue comprises more than 70 licensed, clinically established questionnaires on a range of topics and is continually expanded. The offering is particularly broad in the area of ADHD and the autism spectrum (ASD). A selection:
- Sleep: SDSC, PSQI
- Depression & anxiety: BDI-II, BAI
- Children & development: CBCL, TRF, CATS
- Autism & ADHD: ADI-R, ADOS-2, Cat-Q, RAADS-R, AQ, EQ, ADHS-SB
- Measuring change: VEV and others
Multilingual, with automatic reminders
Questionnaires are available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and more – the language follows the patient. Reminder and thank-you emails are sent automatically, likewise in the patient’s language. This increases the response rate without the practice having to chase manually.
Up and running in three steps
Getting started is deliberately simple. First, the practice registers via self-service onboarding and is ready to go the same day. Second, it selects the desired instrument and invites the patient by link. Third, it retrieves the result – automatically scored and ready to export. The practice admin manages their own staff with clear permissions and separated data.
Security: data kept in Switzerland
All data stays in Switzerland. The app is HIN-compatible and compliant with the Swiss DSG and the GDPR – a framework that is indispensable in a clinical setting. The Questionnaire App and Therapy Tracking share the common HBImed roof: one practice login, one superadmin, and each practice is enabled for whichever tool it uses.
Suitable for research, too
The collected questionnaires can be exported in a structured way and evaluated for research purposes – a solid basis for studies and scientific questions. This turns a practice tool into a data source for quality assurance and research at the same time.
